First removed the top cooling fan relay and stick a paper clip or jumper between pins 3 and 5 and another between pins 7 and 8.
I started thinking its possibly a fuse or relay since both fans stopped working.
Is there a way i can straight wire the fans to the battery just to see if the fan motors are bad.
The relay cover shows the terminal pin connections.

It will over heat at long idle times.
Only the ac cooling fan was seen on.
It has duel fans 4 wires each.
It overheats at an idle but cools once you start driving.
I have checked the fuses and replaced the fan relays still the fans are not working.

The three black relays at the center of the ipdm are for cooling fan control.
Did any cooling fan come on.
Of my local nissan dealership and they didnt list any fan fuse or relay for it which i find a bit odd.
