New rotors and pads as well as new drums and shoes adjusted to touch the drums but not too tight for them not to move.
If it still is soft then you will have to replace the master cylinder and bleed all the brake components again.
If you have exhausted all other problems check the axle bearings for play and replace any that are needed.
Abs n new rotors and pads rear brakes with a mity vac.
Check brake pedal stiffness.
The pedal will go to the floor as the caliper fills with fluid to close the gap.
