I m a new to me 2010 toyota corolla owner.

So i figured it was worn brake shoes i took it to the mechanic but he said both the front and back brakes are good. It sounds like some thing below the plastic touching and vibrating on to the plastic. Hissing under the hood this car noise may mean that you ve got a car leak somewhere under the hood. Now that it is cold 32 degrees when i first start my car when it s cold i hear a loud grinding noise for a second then everything operates normally.
